Delicious Chicken Salad

Hey everyone, Natasha here! Today, I’m excited to share a fresh and flavorful Chicken Salad recipe that’s perfect for lunch or dinner. This recipe is easy to make and packed with protein, veggies, and a delightful dressing. 🥗🍗

Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds or walnuts

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
